Hello amazing shareholders! We hope everyone is having a great start to their September! We are excited to be getting some late summer greens and more hearty veggies this month. Also, there will be a choice between kale or arugula (first come, first serve). Kale is known for its strong, earthy flavor and nutrient dense properties while arugula has a pungent, peppery flavor and a delicate, spinach-like texture.
The Markets we have for this week are Shelby Park on Tuesday (9/5), Old Louisville on Wednesday (9/6), and West Louisville on Thursday (9/7). We would like to thank our farmers at Valley Spirit and Rootbound for this delicious share! Below are the items you can look forward to seeing in your share this week:
