Hello Kentuckiana! This is the fifth week’s pick up for our Berrytown, California, Old Louisville, Southern Indiana and Portland Fresh Stop Markets. We are seeing more tomatoes coming on! And Barr Farm’s famous Meade County onions. Let’s eat them while we can! Our farmers at Rootbound and Barr Farms are working hard for us so big shout out to our farmer families.
Here is what is coming in our shares:
All organically certified from Rootbound Farm, Crestwood, Kentucky
- Bell Peppers, 2 each
- Corn, 4 ears (Old Louisville, Berrytown and California) and Summer Squash (Southern Indiana and Portland)
- Carrots: 1 lb.
- Cucumber, 1 lb.
- Okra or Eggplant
- Slicing Tomatoes, 2 lbs.
- Potatoes, 1.5 lbs

- Onions, 1 lb.
