Delicious strawberry limeade
What you’ll need:
· ¼ cup Lime juice
· 1-2 tablespoon Date syrup or apple syrup
· 2 Cups Spring water
· 8oz (about ½-1 cup) of Strawberries
· Blender
· Knife
· Cutting board
· Ice (optional)
1. Take strawberries and Place on cutting board and cut off tops and slice in half
2. Add Strawberries to blender
3. Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend 10-20 sec
4. Serve with ice or refrigerate until cold
5. Enjoy
Frozen strawberry Limeade
What you’ll need:
· 1 cup spring water
· ¼ cup Lime juice
· 1-2 tablespoons date syrup or apple syrup
· ½-1 cup strawberries
· 6-15 ice cubes ( depending on how you like it)
· Blender
· Cutting board
· Knife
1. Take strawberries and place on cutting board and cut off tops and slice in half
2. Add Strawberries to blender
3. Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend until you don’t hear ice.
4. Enjoy
Peach berry smoothie
What you’ll need: makes 2 servings
· ½ cup peaches
· ½ cup cherries
· 1 cup strawberries
· 1 tablespoon apple syrup or date syrup
· 1 tablespoon Hempseeds
· 1 tablespoon sea moss gel (optional)
· 1 cup coconut water
· Blender
· Knife
· Cutting board
1. Take a de-stem and pit cherries, place in blender
2. Peel and cut peaches on cutting board, place in blender
3. Cut leaves from strawberries and cut in half, place in blender
4. And remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
5. Enjoy
Strawberry ice cream
What you’ll need: makes 1- 1.5 qt
· 5 frozen bananas
· 1.5-2.5 cups frozen strawberries
· ½ of a avocado
· ¼ cup coconut cream or hemp milk
· 1 tablespoon date syrup or apple syrup
· Blender
· Air tight container
1. Take all ingredients and add to blender and blend until desired consistency.
2. Take and add ice cream mix to air tight container
3. Freeze 4-6 hours until firm
**Using frozen isn’t necessary but helps to set faster. Also if ice cream is to hard when you take it out, let it soften a bit then enjoy.
Strawberry Jam
What you’ll need: makes 16oz
· 4 cups strawberries (about 2Ibs)
· 2/3 cup date syrup or apple syrup
· 3 tablespoons lime juice
· ½ cup sea moss gel (optional)
· Blender or masher
· Cutting board
· Knife
· Pan
· Air tight container
1. Take strawberries and place on cutting board and cut leaves from strawberries and cut strawberries in half.
2. Mash or blend strawberries to a chunky consistency
3. Add Strawberries, syrup and lime juice to sauce pan over medium heat.
4. Cook for 10 minutes then add sea moss and cook for 5 more minutes
5. Remove from heat and allow to fully cool
6. Transfer to air tight container and refrigerate.
7. Enjoy
Date syrup
What you’ll need: makes 16-24oz
· 1 cup dates, pitted
· 1 cup spring water
· Blender
· Air tight container
· Pot
1. Take water and add to pot and bring to a boil.
2. Remove from heat.
3. Take dates and allow to sit in water 15 minutes.
4. Take and carefully add mix to blender and blend until smooth.
5. Store in Air tight container in fridge
** if to thick add ¼ cup water and Add to blender again.
Apple syrup
What you’ll need:
· 1 ¼ -2 cups unsweetened applesauce
· 1-2 tablespoons date syrup
· ¼ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
· ¼ teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
· 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
· ½ tablespoon vegan butter ( optional)
· Pan
· Air tight container
· Rubber spatula
1. In a saucepan combine ingredients until smooth and bring to boil, then reduce to low simmer.
2. Cook and stir 2-10minutes or until thickened.
3. Remove from heat and stir in optional ingredients of desired.
4. Allow to completely cool.
5. Store in Air tight container and store in refrigerator.
6. Enjoy
Alkaline butter
What you’ll need: makes about 14oz
· ¾ cup grapeseed oil
· ¾ cup avocado or hempseed oil
· ¼ cup spring water
· ½ teaspoon sea salt
· 1 teaspoon sea moss (optional)
· Blender
· Air tight container
· (Herbs like onion powder, basil, oregano are also optional if you desire an herbed butter)
1. Combine then blend All ingredients for 1 minute or until smooth
2. Store in Air tight container.
3. Freeze 20-25 min then place in refrigerator.
4. Enjoy
Hemp milk (a great nut free alternative)
What you’ll need:
· 1 cup hemp seeds, raw and rinsed
· 3 cups spring water
· 1/6 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
· 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
· Blender
· Nut milk bag or strainer
· Air tight container
· You may also use pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, clove etc. for a holiday taste which is optional as well
1. Take all ingredients and combine in blender until smooth.
2. Take milk mixture and put in nut milk bag or strainer over air tight container until all liquid is expelled into air tight container.
3. Store in refrigerator.
4. Enjoy
